How online study works

If your situation changes?

Yes, life gets in the way sometimes, priorities change, and the best laid plans do go awry. The beauty of online study is its flexibility, and we can help you work out what to do next.

Changing your study timeframes

Studying at your own pace means exactly that. If your work or home situation changes and you don’t have as much time as you had when you started, you can adjust your study hours to give you some extra breathing space.

If you find you have more time available for study, you can increase your study time and finish earlier than you planned.

Withdrawing from your course

Naturally, we don’t want to see you go before you graduate, but if you decide to withdraw within the first seven days of your course start date, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw from your course after seven days, you will only need to pay for the modules that have been made available to you. See our refund policy for full details. Should you need to withdraw because of special circumstances, contact our student support team to see if you may be eligible for a further refund.
